grydor Trust center

Trust and legal

Current privacy, contract, data-processing, subprocessor, and security-response terms for Grydor.

Grydor manages high-privilege device operations. The documents in this center explain the commitments that apply to the service and the evidence customers can request.

Documents

  • Privacy Notice explains when Grydor acts as controller or processor, what information it handles, and how people can exercise privacy rights.
  • Service Terms define the business use of Grydor and work together with an Order Form.
  • Data Processing Addendum defines controller and processor duties for Customer Personal Data.
  • Subprocessors identifies the categories and named providers used to operate the service.
  • Security and incident response explains safeguards, vulnerability reporting, and customer notification.

Contracting identity

The contracting Grydor legal entity, registered address, service region, governing law, and commercial terms are identified in the applicable Order Form. Website and privacy inquiries may be sent to [email protected]. Security reports must use [email protected].

Versions and precedence

Each document shows its version and effective date. A signed Order Form or negotiated addendum controls if it expressly conflicts with a public document. Material changes are published before they take effect when advance notice is legally or contractually required.
